To whom it may concern; Tania Walker has worked as a cleanup artist / inbetweener with me for the past six months. During this time, she has displayed a high degree of skill and competence in her work on the Disney series, "The Proud Family". On a personal level, Tania displays a keen eye for character design and an innate ability for concept development.
